DNA Testing Services
Accuracy and Results
DNA test results are processed by accredited laboratories using established scientific methods. While DNA testing is highly accurate (over 99.99% for standard paternity tests), no test is 100% infallible. Results are provided based on the samples submitted and the testing methodology used.
Legal vs Personal Testing
Legal DNA tests follow strict chain-of-custody procedures and may be admissible in court. Personal DNA tests are for informational purposes only and are not intended for legal use. It is your responsibility to determine which type of test is appropriate for your situation. Our team can help advise you during your free consultation.
Results Timeframe
Standard DNA test results are typically returned within 3 to 5 business days from when all samples are received at the laboratory. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on testing complexity, sample quality, or laboratory capacity. TestMark DNA is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
State-Specific Requirements
DNA testing requirements may vary by state. For example, New York State requires a prescription, court order, or ordering by other authorized persons for all DNA identity or relationship tests. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. Our team can provide guidance on state-specific requirements during your consultation.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be communicated to you during your consultation and before any services are rendered. DNA paternity testing is considered a non-medical test and is generally not covered by health insurance plans.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TestMark DNA or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
